Not Medical Advice — No Clinical Relationship

All content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, a clinical diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or professional guidance of any kind. Accessing or reading this Site does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and New Dawn Psychiatry or any of its providers.

Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional regarding your specific symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care based on information you have read on this Site.

About Our Services

New Dawn Psychiatry is a telehealth-only psychiatric practice. Our licensed provider, Phoebe Nyabando, APRN, MSN, is licensed to provide care to adults ages 18 and older who are physically located in Minnesota at the time of their visit. We do not provide in-person services. We do not provide emergency or crisis services.

Submitting a contact form, requesting an appointment, or browsing this Site does not guarantee acceptance as a patient or the availability of an appointment. A clinical relationship begins only after a formal intake process and agreement to our Patient Agreement.

Faith-Integrated Care

New Dawn Psychiatry offers an optional faith-integrated care approach for patients who wish to incorporate their spiritual or religious beliefs into their treatment. This service is entirely voluntary and patient-directed. No religious beliefs, affiliation, or participation in faith-based practices are required to receive care from New Dawn Psychiatry. All clinical decisions are grounded in evidence-based medicine regardless of whether a patient chooses faith integration.
